A national community services organization built to be a bridge

United Community Network is a national community services organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare, social services, mental health support, nutrition programs, housing resources, transportation assistance, workforce development, and community-based programs throughout the United States. Through technology, outreach, partnerships, and trained professionals, UCN serves as a bridge between people who need help and the programs designed to support them.

What We Do
